Banner Making Workshop: I teach organizers how to send their message and use a community process to further engage the community
Art Healing and Transformative Tools Workshops: I offer extensive trauma informed workshops to learn tools and process trauma while practicing community care. Please contact me to share the needs and wants of your group. Each workshop is tailored to your unique needs!

Transformative Justice and Restorative Justice are closely related as alternatives to the criminal justice and prison systems and in conflict management. However, many practitioners have learned different tools and techniques while holding various values. So, am I the right fit for you?Do I align with your needs and wants?I am an abolitionist. This means that it is a requirement that we work to transform conflict and ourselves outside of institutions and systems and that institutions must face the truth of their harm and their role in upholding systems of oppression, along with making necessary changes.I believe that an individual can change and transform, but if the system and environment continue to under-support and under-estimate those individuals, there will be no sustainable or lasting transformation.I would love to work through conflict with people who are consenting to addressing and confronting harm. We would be a great fit if you want to create infrastructure and system to prevent or address harm before it happens. If you are connected to an institution or group, it’s also important that the institution is open to changing systems to ensure behavior change. If this sounds good to you please email me to assist in supporting you.I am a practitioner trained by Unity Circle, Legacy Lives On in partnership with Suffolk University, and various trauma-responsive trainings. My elders include Phill, Harold and Gwen from the Yukon Nation, Queen Cheyenne and Sofia Meadows from Unity Circles, Clarissia Turner and Mama Jay from Legacy Lives on. As well as my elders that have taught me values and principles that I keep close to my heart: Tsering Topgyal of Tibet, Jemadari Kamara my Africanas Studies Professor, Veronica Robles, Taki Harris, Sadada Jackson, Komang of the Tirta Empul Temple, Luana Moralez, Daniel Strongwalker of the Delaware Nation, Nataka, Pat Brody, Prema Bangera, Ruth Rollins, Sandra Castillo, Shaw Pong, Tante Wiwin, Tante Iin, Valeria, Taina Vargas, Rhea Verdo, Hamid Zahir, Jifeng Deng and my parents Endang Wijayati and A tong/Tom Phie. And of course my youth teachers who teach me as much as my Elders: Sarah, Janiah, Gabriel, Sabrin, Julius, Dezzie, Ericka, Maceo, Bre Cat, Nayima, Nena, Beba, Daki, Kai, Miko, Rod, Sanye, Mazi, Damani, Seniya, Azaria, Divine, John, Erica, Keem, Brizzy, Cienna and Breezy. And my peers who ground me in my values and are my partners in this work.

When I make art, I make life. Creating community, connecting, building in everything that I do. Every move is intentional to continue making the change I want to see in this world. This means working with youth, elders, change makers, artists, alchemists and scientists while eating, dancing, being joyful and world building.
